Job Overview: we are seeking a night auditor. These hours are overnight usually from 11 PM to 7 AM. Required communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently. Ability to drive is expected.

Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests using hotel management software - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Maintain a neat and organized front desk area Requirements: - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using phone systems, hotel management software, and other office equipment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures is a plus - Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage At our hotel, we value our employees' contributions and offer opportunities for growth within the company.
